The Saxer Room
This soothing Northeast facing room is 12’ x 13’ and has a king size bed with table and lamp on either side. A clock is situated on one side. A tall beautiful walnut 8 drawer dresser is available for your storage needs. A television is located in the room.
Saxer monochromatic room has its own heating and cooling controlled by the guests.
A private full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet adjoins the room. Included in the bathroom are towels, washcloths, and numerous toiletries.
The Saxer monochromatic room door has its own key and deadbolt.

Grandma Louella Room
This beautiful Southeast facing room is 12’ x 13 and furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, large dresser, lovely antique chair, TV, and clock.
Grandma Lou’s sewing room has an in room full bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Also included in the bathroom are commonly used toiletries.
There are two antique sewing machines in the room; one of which belonged to a very special lady, Louella Zimmerman.
A radiator heats the room and a window air conditioner cools during hot months. Each is controlled by the guest.
An individual key and deadbolt will be on the door.

The Payne-Craig Room
This amazing room, 12’ x 17’, is 100% disability accessible including the full bath. The 3’ entrance door opens to a spacious, easy to maneuver room that meets ADA standards. Beautiful large windows give wonderful light and views. A private door to the porch leads to a small table and chairs that are located just for your enjoyment.
A queen size bed with table and lamp on each side adorns the room. A small clock is on one of the bedside tables. Also occupying the room is a tall walnut dresser, a chair, and a television.
The full bathroom, which also meets ADA standards, has a transfer shower with grab bars, portable shower stool, and handheld shower head. The toilet is raised with grab bars. The low mirror and sink has easy access. Beautiful stoneware tiles cover the floor and shower enclosure.
The Payne-Craig room has guest controlled heating and cooling.
A deadbolt on the door and an individual room key is included.

The Chris Arnold Room
The Chris Arnold Wicker Room is a Southwest facing room. The room is 12’ x 13’ and has a bright relaxing atmosphere. The queen size bed has a beautiful white wicker headboard. A mahogany table with shelves and a small drawer sits on either side of the bed. Both have lamps and one also has a clock. For any storage needs there is a large white wicker and wood dresser and a nice size round wicker table with a shelf. For your enjoyment there is a TV and a comfortable antique chair.
The wicker room has a full bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Also included are towels, washcloths, and the usual toiletries.
For cool months the wicker room has a hot water radiator and for warm months will have a window air conditioner controlled by the guests.
You will have your own key to your room and the door will have a deadbolt.
