Lodging Policies
Century Elm’s Bed and Breakfast lodging policies are as follows. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact the Innkeepers prior to making your reservation.
- Sales tax of 5.5% and a $2/night WBBA room night fee are not included in room rate and are subject to change. Rates are for 1 or 2 people in a room. Warm served or cold self-serve breakfast is included in room rate.
- For reservations use the online reservation service. A valid credit card number is required to hold a reservation – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards are excepted.
- Cancelled reservations within 48 hours of arrival will be subject to a charge to that credit card for the total amount of the booking unless we are able to re-book the room. No-shows will be billed for the entire visit. Cancellation requests MUST be made by phone (608)- 751-3254 or email and must be confirmed to the guest by Century Elm’s Bed and Breakfast. A cancellation fee of 25% of the total of the reserved stay will be charged to the credit card on file for all cancellations.
- Check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. Checkout is 11am. Please notify us if you’re not able to arrive by 6pm. Do to our thorough cleaning, high turnover, and incoming reservations we are unable to accommodate late departures past 11am. A late departure fee of $75.00 will be charged after 11am.
- Between 10pm and 7am only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- Guests 18 and older are welcome.
- Smoking is NOT permitted inside the Inn or outside within 10’ of the Inn. Anyone caught smoking within these areas will be expelled immediately from the Inn and charged for their full reservation plus the cost of having the room professionally cleaned. Candles, incense and any other open flames are not allowed in the guest rooms at the Inn because of fire danger/ insurance coverage requirements.
- No pets are allowed on premises.
- Our business hours are 7am to 8pm.
